Hi Meta. Thank you so much for the mention. And please take care of yourself in your post covid state. I took 3 months to get over covid. Then I thought I was okay, did far too much and you know the rest of the story. It is a tough line to tread sometimes though, recognising when you need to rest and when it's resistance that is stopping you. But you are a wise lady who can figure out the best way ahead. Follow your heart and plod gently. Happy New Year xx
